Mail Delays Due to the Canada Post Strike

All PDF-XChange clients should note that since November 15, 2024 the national membership of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has been on strike. The strike has resulted in the delay of millions of letters and packages being delivered across Canada. If any clients have sent payment via cheque during this period then it will probably not be delivered for some time, and there will be a significant backlog even when the strike is resolved. If you're experiencing any such delays then please contact sales@pdf-xchange.com for assistance. There are alternative options for sending cheques, such as using a courier, and different payment methods - credit card, Paypal, and wire transfer options - are available.

Kind regards,

The PDF-XChange team

Update: it was announced on the 16th December that the strike has been resolved and all Canada Post employees will return to work on Tuesday 17th December. Any delayed payments will now enter a backlog and will be processed in due course. If you would prefer faster processing then you can contact us as detailed above in order to arrange an alternative payment method.
