I'm writing to leave a simple thank-you for the developers.

I started my simple PDF editing needs some time ago using Adobe Acrobat versions 4 and 5, and stopped upgrading from there because of the costs. I've found several means to generate PDF documents, previously using PostScript printing and Ghostscript conversion, and more recently just using the interface to those program provided by PDF Creator.

My needs for editing PDF documents have been rather simple...

I did considerable research on PDF applications before selecting PDF-XChange. Both free ones and the ones you pay for. This program, by far, is the best choice of them all. I will admit the user interface is a bit intimidating but this program does so much, in terms of features, that this is to be expected. And I cannot find anything it does not do in relation to PDF editing and it does them all well. This is a great program and the cost is more than fair for what you get. The OCR by itself...
