Payment Options Explained

A range of options are available for purchasing our software. You will receive a download link, license key and receipt for your purchase as soon as the transaction is complete. Note that in the case of offline transactions license keys are only released once the transaction has been successfully completed and confirmation of payment has been received.

Option 1 - Online Purchase via Credit Card. All online credit card purchases are processed via our secure e-commerce provider, who will email you with your order information, product download link and license key immediately upon completion of the transaction. This is the fastest method available to make purchases of PDF-XChange products.

Option 2 - Online Purchase via Paypal. Once Paypal has processed your transaction you will receive your order information, product download link and license key from PDF-XChange. Paypal should process payments immediately, but if you are using an eCheck then it may take a couple of days to clear.

Option 3 - Offline Purchase. If your purchase order total exceeds $249.99 then you can make payment offline via bank transfer or check. License details are delivered upon receiving your payment.

If you do not receive a confirmation email to your inbox after making payment then please check your spam folder and also ensure that sales@pdf-xchange.com is added to your inbox whitelist.

Please note that we do not store credit card information in any format. All credit card information is detached from emails and deleted immediately after being processed.
