Can I distribute PDF-XChange Viewer and PDF-XChange Editor?  

Answer:

Yes - we permit our clients to distribute PDF-XChange Viewer and the free version of PDF-XChange Editor - as long as they meet the following requirements:

  • They must not charge for, or otherwise profit from, our products/providing a service that enables the use of our products.
  • Whilst we appreciate that including an installer is the simplest and expected manner in which our products our distributed, we expect all free distributors to instead link to the PDF XChange download page (available here). This will ensure that your users have the most recent builds of the software, which include all feature updates and bug fixes.
  • Users must always ensure they keep their personal or company License Keys Private, and not distribute that along with a free version to their clients.
