What are the MSI installation switch options for the PDF-XChange family of products?
Answer:
MSI switches for all PDF-XChange Products are available within their respective manuals on our Help page.
For example, find the V9 PDF-XChange Editor switches here.
The command line for installation for all products is:
msiexec /Option <Required Parameter> [Optional Parameter] [PROPERTY=PropertyValue]
Please note that each product has slightly different installation options. New switches were introduced to PDF-XChange Editor at build 308, as detailed this the V5 products Manual here (Historical). The switches and options for MSI installers are detailed in a help file that is part of the installer for each product. Click the Help button during setup to access the help file:
Alternatively, use the /? switch at the command line to view available options.
