I cannot use the Customize User Interface option in PDF-XChange Viewer.

Problem:

I cannot use the Customize User Interface option in PDF-XChange Viewer.

Resolution:

The Customize User Interface option is greyed out when the PDF-XChange Viewer help file is viewed. Ensure that this document is not open in the software and try again.
